Elias Voss
Biography
Zürich-based Novelist & essayist, publishing under the imprint Unbound Editions since 2011.
Voss writes at the intersection of landscape and consciousness — novels and essays that hold still long enough to notice what ordinary attention misses. His books return repeatedly to northern light, to the phenomenology of cold, to the way silence accumulates meaning the longer it is sustained.
Before turning to fiction, he worked as a documentary photographer across Scandinavia and the Baltic coast. That practice — patient, oblique, committed to surface — shapes the prose he has written since.
